Training AI to reliably recreate your likeness takes a lot of computing power, so your order won’t be instant. You can expect around 40 minutes to an hour for our most basic package, however if servers are particularly busy it may be longer. When your headshots are generated, we will notify you through email. Please understand that the more photos you purchase, the longer generation will take.

Try to provide photos of you in different clothing and environments, the only repeating factor in your images should be you. Upload in the best quality possible, and make sure you are the only person in your photos. Here are some examples of what you should expect if your provided photos aren’t high quality:

  • Multiple photos with same outfit: Your headshots may be wearing the outfit it sees more in your uploaded photos, instead of professional outfits.
  • Multiple photos of the same background: Your headshots will be professional, but you may be standing inside your room, or in your backyard, if that’s where most of your photos came from.
  • Accessories in most of your photos: You’ll wear those same accessories in most of your headshots.

After getting notified by email, you will receive a link to your order. We have an interactive photo picker where you’re able to weed out the photos you don’t wish to download, after that you will be able to download them at a resolution of 1024x1536.
